"Variation on 'Rozmarin In Coltul Mesei'"

I wrote "Variation on 'Rozmarin In Coltul Mesei'" for a call for scores sponsored by Vox Novus for one-minute pieces composed for their Fifteen Minutes of
Fame series featuring Wonki Lee, saxophone and Riko Higuma. This call was for works on a theme relating to the Romanian, Composer Liana Alexandra, so I chose the traditional Romanian melody "Rozmarin In Coltul Mesei" (Rosemary in the Corner of the Table) which, if I recall correctly, is a song that is often used for weddings.
